Alisa Wunder (born Spilnik) started her musical way as a violinist. Her first teacher is Stepan Miltonyan. He used his special developed method of study music by way of improvisation. Due to this method Alisa has learned not only play the violin, but also composing music. In her first concerts she played her own compositions on the violin and the piano.

Studied violin with Docent Aleksandra Andreeva at the Saint-Petersburg state conservatory named after N. A. Rimskiy-Korsakov. Worked with different orchestras in Russia and Europe. Took part in such projects as Davos Festival, Switzerland (2014-2017), Animato Foundation Philharmonic Orchestra, Switzerland (2012-2016), Hiiumaa Homecoming Festival, Estonia (2016-2017), Junger Künstler Bayreuth, Germany (2012-2013), etc…

Currently studying music composition with Professor Jan Müller-Wieland at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Munich, Germany.

Wunder has been commissioned by numerous schools and institutions for her chamber, orchestral and theater music.

Her expertise and love for music theater scoring highlights her ability to move between musical styles and to communicate story through music. Wunder’s composing and orchestrating abilities combined with prodigious piano and violin skills.
