Alisa Wunder is a composer and orchestrator working at the intersection of concert music and visual storytelling. Her work spans film scoring, theater, and contemporary classical performance, with a focus on emotionally driven, narrative music.
In 2026, her work Piano Trio was selected as a Semi-Finalist (Top 30 of 500+) in the Call for Scores of Lake George Music Festival in New York, USA. Also in 2026 the Piano Trio was performed in Zagreb, Croatia at the XIV National Papandopulo Competition by FM Trio — Pavle Franković (viola), Janko Franković (cello), and Armand Merle (piano) — as part of their First Prize–winning program. She has contributed as an orchestrator to the musical Finding Madame Curie (music by David Kurkowski, New York). She has written music for international projects including the Berlin Film Scoring Competition and Indie Film Scoring Contest.
Alisa studied violin at the Saint-Petersburg State Conservatory, Russia (Docent Alexandra Andreeva) and composition at the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich, Germany (Professor Jan Müller-Wieland) and is currently pursuing studies in Composition for Film, Games, and Media at the Musicube Academy, Bonn (Germany). Since 2025 her music is published by Universal Edition, Vienna (Austria).
Her music has been performed internationally at festivals including the Davos Festival (Switzerland) and the Hiiumaa Homecoming Festival (Estonia), as well as in premieres in Russia. Based in Munich, she collaborates with local cultural institutions, contributing music for dance, theatre, and film projects. Her YouTube channel features cinematic music videos of original compositions and creative reinterpretations of popular repertoire. She is a member of GEMA and the Deutscher Komponist:innenverband.
